While creating a Controlling Area, system requires you to input whether you want the system to create the Standard Heirarchy by standard or you want to create on your own by giving an ID. It is just a tree of Cost Centre Area.

OR, if you feel that, the cost center which you are going to create does not fall under any cost center group, then you can directly take the Orginal Standard Hierarchy name Higest Node.
